महिषासुरों की हुई पराजय ।
ये न्याय करेगा एक दिशा तय
बेटियाँ हो सकेंगी अब निर्भय ।
आशा की आशा हो गयी सफल
उनके तप में छिपा था बल ।
आपराधिक कोशिशें हुईं विफल
दुष्चक्रों की हवा गयी निकल ।
हर निर्भया को अब न्याय दिलाना है
मज़बूत कदम उठाना है ।
हर द्रौपदी की लाज बचाना है ।
सीता को अब शक्ति बनना है
न घबराना और न डरना है ।
न्याय की राह पर चलना है
पापी को लज्जित करना है ।
Nirbhaya was a simple Indian girl who had her dreams, ambitions and entire life. Unfortunately, she was cruelly raped, tortured and killed on 16th December 2012. Her perpetrators were arrested and given death sentence but the legal manipulations prolonged their worthless lives for seven long years. It must have given sleepless nights to her parents for this seemingly unending period. Their struggle finally succeeded and punishments could be meted out them. Hopefully, this is a new beginning for all our womenfolk.
